Located in the historic centre of Copenhagen, the project transforms a small jewellery shop shaped by close dialogue and made-to-order craftsmanship. Existing architectural elements, including original wood carvings and restored lacquered floors, are carefully retained, lending the space a sense of intimacy and continuity.

New interventions draw quietly from the character of the existing interior while embracing an economy of means. A simple central table, constructed from painted timber boards and cherry wood, is draped in antique lace, creating a gentle focal point within the room. By working with restraint rather than addition, the design allows the jewellery, the conversations, and the relationships behind them to take centre stage.
